One of the Master Butcher's favourite to grill. A customer favourite this most versatile steak is lean, well-flavoured, and succulent. New York steak is often referred to as strip loin.

The New York steak is available as individual steaks or as a roast. Our Master Butcher recommends 0.11kg of boneless steak per person, and 0.22kg bone-in steak per person.

All of our beef products are free of phosphates, binders, water and fillers. 

Price listed is per KG of beef. Due to providing the best cut, item may be slightly more than the exact KG requested.

RECOMMENDED COOKING METHODS: Grill on stove top or BBQ with thyme, garlic, real butter, salt and pepper. 

Pairs well with Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
