Wonderful when wanting to serve a nice prime rib roast. Our Jamaican dry aged, grass fed ribeye roast is rich, juicy, and full-flavoured with generous marbling throughout. This cut is available either bone-in or boneless. The bone-in can also be "frenched" on request.
